What cohauz is

cohauz is a corporate housing sourcing service. We source furnished apartments from property partners across the market to fit a requirement you send us. We don't own or operate the buildings, and an option sheet is a proposal, not a reservation — nothing is committed until a contract for the specific stay is signed.

Options and rates

Options come back within one business day of a complete requirement, priced as an all-in monthly rate. The rate on an accepted option sheet doesn't change afterwards. Availability is real but not held: until you accept, a unit can be taken by someone else's requirement.

The stay

Each stay runs on the written terms agreed before move-in: rate, dates, extension mechanics, early-exit notice, and house rules of the building. Extensions are confirmed by email against those terms. Occupants are expected to treat the unit as the home it is; damage beyond normal wear is chargeable.

Invoicing

One monthly invoice per requirement, itemised by unit, on the payment terms agreed at signing. Where occupancy tax applies it appears as its own line.

Liability

We stand behind the sourcing and the support we provide. We aren't liable for matters within the building's control (outages, building works, neighbours) beyond working to resolve them, or for costs that don't arise from the housing contract itself.
