When a client requirement fits your units, we send it with dates, headcount and terms. You confirm availability; no listing to maintain.

One agreement
You contract with cohauz, not with each client. Rate, terms and the extension mechanics agreed in writing per stay.
- 04 Monthly
Paid on schedule
Payment on agreed terms for the life of the stay, with one contact for anything that comes up in between.
