Housing a team is a requirement, not a booking.
What we do is narrow on purpose. Companies send us a requirement — a city, a move-in month, a headcount — and we source furnished apartments to fit it: near the site, sized to the team, priced all-in by the month, on one contract and one invoice. We don't own buildings and we aren't tied to one provider's stock, so the options come from wherever in the market the requirement is best answered.
The reason is the hotel bill. Past a couple of weeks, a block of hotel rooms is the wrong tool: no kitchen, no separate room to work, a folio per room for finance to reconcile, and a nightly rate on every night. A furnished apartment does the same job better — and for a team it matters more, because we place people in the same building or block while each person keeps their own front door.
