The website
cohauz.com is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: every page works with a keyboard alone, forms have visible labels and plain-text error messages, colour contrast meets AA on text, focus is always visible, and all motion — the rotating headline, scroll reveals, the cursor-following skyline — is switched off when your system asks for reduced motion. The site works without JavaScript.
When something falls short
If any part of the site is hard to use with your setup, email [email protected] and we'll fix it or provide the same service by email. Requirements are always accepted in plain email — the forms are a convenience, not a gate.
Accessible housing
Accessible units — step-free access, elevator buildings, accessible bathrooms — are sourced on request and stated per unit on the option sheet. Flag the need in the requirement notes and only compliant options come back.
