Buildings that can take the whole group, priced per bed and per unit, with distance to the office and photos of the actual units.
03 Before arrival week

One contract, one invoice

You sign once for the programme. Roommate matching, unit assignments and the arrival-day schedule are agreed before anyone flies.
04 Throughout the programme

Arrival and in-stay support

A staffed arrival window, then one named contact for the whole cohort — for the programme manager and for the intern whose shower breaks.

One building: The cohort lands in one building or block wherever stock allows, so nobody organises a commute alone.
Roommate matching: Shared 2BR and 3BR units matched from your list or our questionnaire — sharing is offered, never forced.
Arrival day: Keys, Wi-Fi and a staffed check-in window on the day the cohort lands, not fifty separate handovers.
Paperwork: Parent-friendly documentation and one invoice for the programme, itemised by unit.
